About Kumo
Kumo serves the prettiest sandwiches in San Diego. That is not an argument. That is a fact. And they are tasty too.
This hole in the wall venue in Sorrento Valley offers up a small menu of Japanese sandwiches served on fluffy, beautiful Japanese milk bread sliced in perfect geometric perfection for your consuming pleasure. Get a pork katsu or an egg salad sandwich. But definitely, definitely get a strawberry and cream sandwich – it is a Japanese version of a strawberry shortcake and you’ll wish you could unhinge your jaw so you could eat the whole thing in one bite. What an image…
You’re welcome. And enjoy.
