About SoNo Fest
SoNo Fest is a chili cook off street fair in early December that raises money for the local elementary school – McKinley. Expect bounce houses, live music, beer, and of course, chili. One note – the chili sells out quick, so grab your cup and get there early if you want to actually eat.
This event is hyperlocal – the brewers are North Park Beer Co, Pure Project, Original 40, and others. The vendors are small time locals. The event hosts are all volunteers from the school. The chili is from local restaurants like Tribute Pizza, Finca, Mabels Gone Fishing, Cori Pastificio, and Dunedin.
It’s a local, wholesome good time.
