About The DJ In Golden Hill Park

Daniel Joseph (yes, that’s his real name) was a local Golden Hill resident who started hosting small DJ sessions in Golden Hill Park in the summer of 2024. For a whole summer it was just him and his friends jamming at a beautiful spot, watching the sunset. This year something changed… and the event has caught on. Now, every Friday the park is packed full of people on picnic blankets – eating, drinking, mingling, playing card games, running around with their kids, and enjoying the low key sounds that DJ Daniel Joseph puts out from his set against the backdrop of Balboa Park.

Music starts at 6pm, but given how popular it has become we recommend you get there at least 30 minutes early.
