A long sandy strip of a neighborhood, Mission Beach is a classic, laid back, California beach town. Mission Bay is America’s largest man made aquatic park (whatever an aquatic park is) that sits on the other side of the isthmus from Mission Beach and hosts any water activity you can think of, alongside resorts, parks, and camping. On the end of Mission Beach sits Belmont Park, a historic amusement park by the ocean.
