In beautiful La Jolla you’ll find The Cat Lounge: Rescue and Adoption Center. While this is not a cafe with coffee and food, it is a cozy, living-room style lounge where you and the cats are free to roam about and interact, scope each other out, and hopefully connect enough to adopt one of them. Since there inception, over 6000 cats have been adopted which is no small feat. Don’t be a scaredy-cat. Visit the Cat Lounge and let these cute kitties tug at your heart strings, and on literal strings, because that’s what a cats do.
